I am a professional in my mid twenties and enjoy living at the Villa. I moved here to get away from the college crowd and their noise which is prevalent in almost town with a university. I have always been treated fairly and my service requests have been fixed quickly, usually the same day unless they have to order parts. Although the place is about 25 years old it is kept in good condition. It is in a great location for me, and I love the indoor heated pool and hot tub which are open year round. There are a lot of older people living here but I consider that to be an advantage, not a disadvantage in many ways. Boulder has never been a cheap town to live in, but I am satisfied that the rents are fair for the location and what you get. I give this place a thumbs up and will be staying here for about one more year or until I have saved enough money to buy my own home, which has been a life long dream.
