Once in the lease sign they do not care anymore.... They tell lies and change they storie all the time.... It's an old peoples place.... the appartments have never been remodeld..... old places....smells bad.... vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

It's is always amazing to see how some people have to resort to lying to further their own agenda. "Anonymous" in this instance is totally inaccurate with reference to all of his comments. We spend thousands of dollars each month renovating units, some to a greater extent than others; it is obvious that "anonymous" has a prejudicial attitude towards seniors, stemming from ignorance. Most of our seniors keep their apartments in pristine condition year round. We have persons from 2-95 years old living here, including several persons in their twenties and thirties, etc. We welcome anyone to tour the property, look at any vacant unit, and see for themselves that these allegations are false and without merit. Should "anonymous" chose to contact me, I will be happy to discuss whatever issues existed.
