I just recently heard that Mark left the Villa to pursue a career with a larger property which makes me sad for me, not him. I wish him great things for the future! From what I have heard, he was actually the best manager we have had on this property in years, and that comes from some people who have been here many years. He started a lot of traditions since I moved in like the first summertime BBQ for residents, the first St. Patrick's day luncheon, (these now happen each year..I hope they will continue even though he is gone) and greatly expanded the monthly resident breakfasts held on the first friday of each month to include door prizes. Another first was our first annual super bowl watch party in the club room on our new large screen TV which he had secured for the residents after years of asking for one. We had lots of fun and great party snacks watching the game last month. Go Cardinals....maybe next year! I always got things fixed within a reasonable time on anything major, and same day or next day on small things...so can't complain. When I was locked out of my apartment on more than one occasion he would stop what he was doing in the office and procceed to help me with a smile rather than a frown which I always appreciated. He definitely knew how to get things done out here, and was very professional. The new manager Dawn seems like a nice lady. I will give her about six months before writing anything up one way or the other.
