The landlord has no idea what he is doing. His trash bills waver constantly and his water bills are 'calculated' by him (you can expect 80ish a month just for water). He gives out falce late fee charges on your bills, and fails to show any ability to use elementry grade logic. He constantly peeks inside windows and keeps track of tenants. The guy in apartment 1 calls him the gestapo. Anyways, I've been trying to find a way out of the lease sense about 2 months after I signed it. You don't want to live here.

PS: All the other student tenants hate him too, and I assume the family tenants do as well but I don't talk to them.
