DON'T LIVE HERE!!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Even though the complex is closed to campus, the lardlord is a crook and a moron. If you read the lease carefully, he reserves the right to charge you whatever he wants for water, trash, and other utilities. One month, (which happened to be over winter vacation when my roommate and I were in Denver for the Holidays) the landlord charged us $140 for water. When I approached him about the bill, he proceed to scream at me for a little over an hour, and tried to justify the bill with parking fees. When i asked to see a copy of the bill from the water company, he refused to show it to me. The landlord has also attempted to screw all the other tenants out of month. He will also change the lease to a 13 month lease while continuing to tell you it's a 12 month lease. In short, the landlord trys to take advantage of inexperienced people and will do whatever it takes to screw you. P.S. the units themselves are also pretty run down. The frige didn't even have a freezer.... just an ice box that froze over and didn't work. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
