Nice location, well maintained, expensive and noisy - We selected this apartment because of its location. It is near to Bear Creek elementary school (one of the best in Boulder). Live as a last Resort - Meadow Creek Apartments seem very nice from the outside and a quick run through, however it is not. Great South Boulder Apts By far the nicest, quietest place I've lived in Boulder! Great management, large apartments, right off of multiple buslines (and a short walk to the major park-and-ride), and more affordable than anywhere downtown. I'd definitely recommend Coronado

Chill place to live These are great apartments. Really close to campus with easy access to 204 and Dash buses. All of the neighbors are friendly, respectful, and quiet. The laundry facilities are clean and I never worry about leaving my stuff in there. By far the best apartments I have

Lived here for 3 plus years - Great & Clean We were sad to leave. Whenever we had a problem or maintenace issue it was taken care of pronto! Yes, the carpet cleaning was taken out of our deposit, but we knew this ahead of time, it was in the lease. WE left our apartment fairly clean

Great place to live! Coronado is a great deal considering how spacious my apartment is. Also, I can never hear my neighbors and campus is just a ten minute bus ride away. The staff is very friendly and helpful--my requests for maintenance have always been taken care of within 24 hours.

great apartments As a grad student, I wanted a place that was quiet and low key near the CU campus. The 1/1 apartments are really spacious and have been kept up well. Also, having underground parking during the winter is definitely a plus! The management is great and is willing to help out.

Great place to live. I have lived at Coronado for a little over a year now, and find it a GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!! The staff is friendly, grounds are kept very clean and I could not ask for a better location. I ride the bus a lot, and can get to downtown Boulder/ Denver and the airport
