Thunderbird Apartments 0% Recommended May 07 2008: Don't live here!! It's horrible. Top floor units get to 80 or more degrees when it's over 55 outside, even with the incredibly expensive and inefficient air conditioner running. Insulation is absolutely worthless; our bedroom window iced o Kimberly Court Apartments 67% Recommended Apr 30 2008: I rented from here for a little under a year, and enjoyed it. Since it is a majority 1BR apartments, it is mostly child-free. They are not huge apartments, but enough space for one person or a couple. My only Canterwood Apartments 50% Recommended Apr 30 2008: Rent was alright when we started our lease, 880/month. However, it went up significantly when we did our renewal. By the time they finally got us our renewal options it was too late to find anything else before our current Brookside Apartments 33% Recommended Apr 29 2008: I have lived here for two and a half years and every time that I have switched apartments they charge me just as much as they possibly can. Not only do they charge a horrendous amount when you move in, University Of Colorado Family Housing 43% Recommended Apr 25 2008: We've lived in Newton Court and Athens North. In both places, we've found the people to be pleasant. None of the apartments are new, but they're in decent shape. considering the cost of housing in Boulder, you're really not |
