Loved it! Great place to live. I'm a single female and I always felt that the place was quiet, secure, and clean. I only had a couple things that needed fixing over 2 years but they were always taken care of within two days and done well. No complaints. The office lady was really sweet

Don't bother. Very expensive. They nickel and dime you when you move out with all sorts of extraneous charges. Everything is in pretty poor shape. There are many other places in Boulder that are a lot nicer for less money. I didn't enjoy finding homeless people living in the laundry
