Nice location, well maintained, expensive and noisy - We selected this apartment because of its location. It is near to Bear Creek elementary school (one of the best in Boulder). Nice Place to live This was a good place to live while in college. If something needed to be fixed it got fixed pretty fast. The pool area was fun and had lots of people to hang out with there. The staff were very nice also.
