OK Place to Live - I've lived here for 6 months and I really like it. The parking situation is bad, I will admit, but everything else is great. Could be average with more work. The manager is good about wanting to make the best of the situation. The maintainence staff is the worst part. They take a long time to get to the problem and don't really fix it when it happens.

Nice Place to Call Home. I have lived here for almost a year and I absolutely love it & so do my kids. The office staff is vey nice & are very helpful.

Deceptive...do not judge an apt. by its "cover"... Although the property shows extremely well and the office is very polite many problems go unsolved. Parking is fair during the week but horrible on the weekends. Purchase a parking spot IF you choose to move here. Tenant behavior often is not

WOW!!! I have lived here since it opened and the office has almost filled the community. Parking became a huge issue and within a month the girls at the office had pretty much taken care of the problem. There are some things that go on like loud noise and the girls seem to take care of the problems
