I thought the staff was friendly. The neighborhood is very nice except for the sister apartments next to it. The pool is small. All of the air conditioners face in the middle garden area so it?s extremely loud and hot to walk to your apartment in the summer. The water heater is shared within the complex so you have to time your showers just right or your neighbors will be shocking you with a cold blast. For the price of rent, I would recommend it. My favorite thing about it is the location I never saw the police called out and I feel safe around the area.
