We live here because it is a very good deal and a great location. However I guess you get what you pay for. There's always kids and adults in the courtyard and yelling, so it's not very quiet. The water and heat bill is shared among everyone in the building, so if you're conservative it won't help much because you will be PAYING for your NEIGHBORS usage as well. We weren't informed of this when we moved in, so read your lease carefully. There's not much sound barrier, so you can hear every neighbor, up, down, right, left. There's dog poop everywhere which management has tried to help with, but nothing happening yet. The mail room stinks like smoke and has a really bad odor.
