This place is not even worth looking into. It's noisy, to begin with. The apartments are built in order to enclose noise. This begins with thin walls and thin floors. You can hear people walking, talking, everything. On top of that, the apartments are enclosed, so you can hear people from every part of the building talking and walking, even with the window shut. The apartments are also small and hot. I could barely fit a couch in the living room and still have walking space. Because the apartments are enclosed, the boiler underneath the building traps heat, so you are forced to have an air conditioner on most of the time, which doesn't really help because it's set away from all of the rooms in a little corner.
Last bad part of it is the manager. She is rude, cruel, and hates everyone. She lives in one of the complexes and is constantly trying to kick people out. I had notices on my door saying that I was walking too loudly. ''' If you have to move in here, be careful and watch what you pay for rent. She also loves to overcharge and raise prices, including the utility payments that she controls. Honestly, she is a mental case and shouldn't be working.
Overall, this is the worst place I have ever lived and I hope that I can prevent others from having to move in there.
