I moved out of the Birch June 30th, and I was very sad to leave. I came here from out of state, and when I was applying, the office staff was both considerate and helpful. Every time I had a question or concern, they were always happy to help. I had one maintenance request while I was there, and the maintenance man was very speedy and did a great job! The grounds were always clean, and the staff worked hard to keep it as such. They're a pet-friendly property, which was great as I have two small dogs. The residents were very friendly as well. I was sad to leave, but got a job out of town, so had to move. I would recommend this place to anyone!
