The rent is cheap and the office staff is friendly. It's kind of ghetto and the cops have showed up more than once. In the six months i lived there 3 apartments were evicted in my building alone.

I personally had a kind of crappy experience, but i can't say that it would be that way for everyone. I had horrible neighbors below me who were loud with music and fighting all the time. They also would smoke in the courtyards and it would come up into my apartment. When i was shown the model the appliances and bathroom seemed nice- which was nothing like my apartment. Huge disappointment. Plus, the water was never the same temperature. One second it would be nice, then it would turn to boiling water (literally, it will burn you) and then a second later it would be ice. frustrating. BUT i can't say everyone had this experience, so who knows. all apartments are a bit of a gamble.
