I lived at the Birch for a year and just recently moved out. The management staff is very nice and helpful. I lived on the bottom floor and there was some noise from the people above, but not any more than anywhere else. You do not get any cell phone service. Even in the parking lot it was minimal. Not sure why this is. Over all, it is very affordable and in a nice neighborhood.
