| 01/04/2013 | I lived at the Birch for about two years up until Oct. 2012. I was just thinking about this place offhand and realized "this place really got a bad rap in the reviews." So I came here to set the record straight. Some background: I was once looking for a place to live in 2006, and being someone who takes reviews seriously, I saw 2.5 stars, laughed, and clicked "next."
