Calavera Point

Not a bad place to live. From: awflybored Date posted: 6/21/2001 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   Like everything else in the Denver Metro area, the price is a little high. I'm paying $1020 for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath place. Compared to some of the outrageos rates of some of the other complexes in town though, I'm not complaining...escpecially since it comes with a huge balcony and a washer and dryer. It's a friendly community and I've never had any problems with my neighbors. I'd recommend others to live here.
