I have only lived here for a short time now and I cannot say that I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I cannot be unfair and go without saying that I have not had any real issues.
I believe that this property appears to be nice from a brief gander, once you start to look at things, they are not what they appear. The property seems to be a nice one, I don't think that a property that was built just a short time should have rotting wood. When I first became a resident here, I thought that it was very nice and well kept until I realized just how dirty this place really is; I don't think that the units are cleaned out that well prior to a new tenant.
If you do not mind individuals enjoying themselves as an all nighter on the volley ball court; this may be the place. I think that the work out facilitys are nice; however the pool needs to be better maintained. I do not recall a single time where I was able to sit in the hot tub and not think to myself "What is that smell'" The pool is not cleaned on a regular basis and I think that the maintainence crew just increases the amount of clorine that is being added.
As far as the office staff is concerned; I think that it is operated by a few females in their mid 20's that you will often find them out next to the pool enjoing some alcohol. If you need assistance; don't call maintainence, head to the Builder's Square just down the street.
There are signs placed strategically around the paramaters of the property advising of our wonderful security company and their telephone number (It is a fax number).
If you are single; there are a lot of nice looking females and males that reside here, but I think that is all that is going for this property.
I will have to agree with the other comment that was left by another tenant ... PARENT'S WHERE ARE YOU'
