The worst management I've ever had From: amwright@us.ibm.com Date posted: 6/5/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   This place is beautiful, it has a great pool, sand volleyball courts, and my apartment looks great. However, I've complained several times over the last few months about appliance problems, and nothing has been done. The heater doesn't work in my room, and I told Management in the winter that I'd been sleeping on the couch because my room was too cold, and nothing was ever done. I eventually had to buy a heated blanket and a thicker comforter. The book keeping is the worst I've ever seen. I get a discount for working for a preferred company, and they seem to 'forget' about it every month. I keep getting embarrassing notes on my door trying to charge me late fees and extra rent. I've complained to management for the last four months about this, and I'm writing this now because I received another one last night. I love the community, and I have some friendly neighbors, but the management makes this place not worth it.
