Looks nice, but...

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002
 
The buildings and grounds are beautiful.

If you look closely, though, the construction was shoddy, at best. Cardboard and plastic, almost.

That, combined with the fact that I've placed numerous calls to the local police department because of noisy drunks in the outdoor hottub, makes living here less than ideal. Crime has become a problem in the last couple of years, as well.
