Kim in the mgmt. office is very sweet and maintenance also very professional when they come to apt. However, there are issues with the cleanliness of hallways, hallway lighting issues that take too long to fix-- have neighbors below that had a kids party a few weeks ago and left silly string strung everywhere in hallway they never cleaned up and we complained to office it's still there!!! bugs and dirt on hallway lights! Also the gym is nice but the equipment is way old and should be newer for the kind of rent we pay, free weights should be available too. the pool is nice and the hot tub, grounds are nice too. Issues with just inconsiderate neighbors who leave trash by their doors gross!!!! overall noise isn't too bad other than occasional rude neighbors who party at 2 a.m. really loud. Apts. are very nice and appliances are nice and in very good shape. Rate it good overall but they do need nicer stuff in gym. The renovated clubhouse/lobby is very nice and game rooms very nice too. I am waiting to one day move to something cheaper the rent is so high but it is above average community. I do understand that people have kids but these people need to clean up after their parties and have consideration!!!!!!!!
