You will never get maitenence done. Our toilet didn't work for a week and we made more than 5 requests and there was still no change. The only way I could get them to repair it was threaten to report them to city sanitaion. Our fridge has leaked for 6months are washer was broken for a month and our a/c took over a month to get fixed.

There is dog poop everywhere, the neighbors are noisey, the pool and hot tub are always broken or filthy, management sucks and they charge out out the ass for every little thing they can.

The carpeting was filthy when we moved in and they promised to have it cleaned, it's still not cleaned and now that we are moving out they are charging us an outrageous cleaning amount for dirty carpet.
