As it has been said previously, NOTHING GETS FIXED. We have had numerous problems with all of the cheap building materials falling apart. Our air conditioner was broken for ONE MONTH in the middle of a heat wave. We filled out 5 work orders with the office and nothing was done. I finally had to threaten to sue them if it was not fixed. THEN they got it done.

Now they are raising the price of parking spots, and just gave us a notice that our rent had gone up hundreds of dollars two days before our rent was due!!! I don't think that's even legal. They refused to take off the charges. NOw we have to move out because our rent jumped so much.

I CANNOT WAIT to get out of these apartments next month. It's too bad that they are ripping us off so bad. I'm hoping we don't have outragous moving out costs like others have complained about, but at this point it wouldn't surprise me.

There is a serious lack of communication with all the office staff. Nobody ever knew what the hell was going on. They seemed very nice and helpful, but nothing ever got done! Horrible management. A well-trained monkey could do a better job.
