This complex would be great to live if the rent were cheaper. You definitely don't get what you pay for. Maintenance is slow to respond (even to emergencies), parking is always full, staff is never in the office, etc etc.. It is service and building quality I would expect for a $500 a month place... not $900. My only compliment is that the landscaping, trees and flowers were for the most part kept up well.
