I've lived here 3 years. The first couple years were descent, but this last year (new management) has driven us to move.

Here are some of the reasons I would not recommend this place:

The noise on all sides is unbearable. Calling 'security' has mixed results and gets annoying when its a constant issue.

Someone stole the fire extinguisher from the hall way MONTHS ago and it still has not been replaced. This shows how much they pay attention to their property

Parking is horrible. At times there is literally NO parking available. Sure you could rent a carport at their inflated price, but they are so expensive that more than half are not rented. Sorry, if you are paying as much rent as they charge, its reasonable to expect a parking spot within walking distance.

The office staff is uncaring. Their reply to the parking problem was "just rent a spot." Again at these prices you shouldn't have to rent a spot. Also expect random closings of the office and they generally don't answer their phone. We tried to renew our lease a month ahead of time. Due to whatever issues on their end, it came down to the day before it expired before we could sign. Overall unprofessional and not encouraging.

There are some good things. I like the deck that you get, and the trash is reasonably handled. A lot of the apartments are renovated too. Over all, its not worth the price in my opinion.

I didn't know there was security? If there was not anymore! I agree 150%, and the new owners dogged Barron Properties. They need to look at themselves. They do nothing! I a singles haven for loud parties inside and outside. I have trash and laundry outside my patio from the kids above me. yes kids! bedroom noise at 5am very load bed springs. I can't open my windows because of the noise. Oh if the girlfriends only knew how their guys talked about them. Have a whie milkshake, oh its hurts, its alright, just a bit longer. and the barking dogs... I'm out of here ASAP!
