I've been here for 5 years now and still very satisfied. Staff is courteous and friendly. Despite how things have grown tremendously on the north side with the new mall, and other shopping amenities (if you're into such things) its very, very quiet. Jeffco airport is at times my only complaint ?with the touch and go landings. But thats me. There are miles of lighted sidewalks that connect with open space, shopping and dinning. A great golf course winds directly though the property and the occasional red fox, rabbit or sounds of a distant coyote is a nice touch. Construction is a problem throughout the Denver area because of the soil. Nearly EVERY new building from commercial to residential has at least some issue with cracks and movement. No one is spared. The complex is always neat and tidy with the garbage area being the only exception when it reaches capacity as is any such area ...although a larger area probably should have been allowed. Repairs are usually quick and thorough and the complex ?despite the natural elements of snow, wind and the occasional bad apple, the owners and staff are always keeping things in great shape. There has been some break-ins in the mail boxes recently, but its a problem everyone in the entire area has experienced. Otherwise, I consider it a very, very safe area.

In finishing, the place really is an island of sorts... surrounded by darn most everything you'd ever want in a metro-suburban area as well as the natural (mountains). Wanna shop: Check. Grade A. Wanna dine out' Check. Grade A. Want to stroll Denver's 16th street mall or Boulder's Pearl Street Mall' Check. (15 and 20 odd minutes away) Wanna hike, bike' Check. Want to see a movie' Check X12. The new AMC Theaters are a five minute drive or 10 min. walk.

About the money. These people have to pay the bills just like anyone and rules have to be followed to be able to operate. I suspect if you don't hold up your end of the bargain, you'll have a problem. As "the Donald" would say: It's nothing personal, its just business"

No place is perfect. None. I'd strongly advise looking around at all the other options. Take a walk around the Interlocken area. Look closely, listen and you'll see why without question, this is the best location, the best views and the best staff.

Its not perfect, but its darn near close.

That was -definately- written by then manager, and looks are -definately- deceiving. Take her advice and do your homework, you'll thank me later.

This is without a doubt written by a certain management staff member. You can easily tell based on the verbiage. Just look at the consistancy of the other 99% of reviews and draw your own conclusions.

I question whether or not I should take advice from people who cannot spell or use proper grammar. If the manager or member of the staff wrote this, at the very least that person used a spell checker.
