Good Place to Live From: hirokazu.inoue@gmail.com Date posted: 8/31/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I have lived here from May 2005 to August 2005. I used the apartment to store things during the summer. Although I was away from Colorado for very long time, office staffs were very flexible to make some exception for accepting some post dated checks. Besides this, the office staffs do have very good communications if you let them know your e-mail address, where you are and why you are away. I would say that the construction of this apartmet community is little bit poor. Though , they look very nice and clean. Parking: This is one of the few places that offer assigned garage parking just built under the apartment unit. Maintenance: If you request some fix works to the manager, they are done very promptly and responsibly. Noise Level: Quiet except for a little bit of aircraft noise. Safety: Very Safe Grounds: Well maintained
