Well where to begin, lets start with basics, overall the place is nice and quite, but the inside of the place is where stuff starts getting interesting,
for one insulation is pathetic, you can hear someone above you or next to you take a leak in bathrooms, or in some cases even overhear conversations. every step or anything thats dropped or moved can be heard very thin walls. The insulation of the doors and windows is poor as well, for example my apparment had so many that i had to spend almost 120 bucks to get materials to get all the holes patched up because during a windy time basicly you wind running around literally, and your heater would just constantly stay on. Place also has serious issues with ground movement, no one from camden comes and fixes all the cracks that occur, for example, i had to request on my own a paint and went to store to buy a putty to fix the cracks, some were up to 1 mm or more, my guests would have a horror when they saw some of those cracks with comments when will it crash on.

service personel, well, i had a bathroom leak, took them 3 times to stop by and replace this and that but it still leaked, i finaly got tired and just went and bought the part and installed it my self and fixed the leak, $5 bucks is what was needed to fix the problem. Every month i would request a new filter for AC becuase of dust occumulation and pretty much was more of a miss and hit type of thing, one month they install next time the dont, had to call few time on my own.

When time came to renew contract this was a complete nightmare, starting with them not getting with you on time, and being completely unflexible, anyone who things being with them long creates a relationship of type where you are a loyal customer can forget, all their loyalty lies within a contract and how much can they rip u off on deposit or make u stay longer, i even had the manager yell at me becuase i did not agree with her on terms of contract because it took them to long to get pricing done, talk about a professional manner of which they handled this.

Overall, i have to say it was worse then i thouhg it could be. definaly will steer my friends or anyone who will be looking for a place from this place.
