Where to begin is the question.
This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen.
One month they lost my rent payment and tried to charge me several hundred dollars in late fees saying there was no possible way they could make an error.
My air conditioning was broke in the middle of the summer when it was 100 degrees and they said I had to wait two weeks to get it fixed cause they were backed up and my issue was not an emergency. Then somebody came and it was not fixed until about the 6th time, by that time it was frickin winter.
They have no sympathy towards anyone and will complain about everyone.
Insulation is horrible and you can hear anything your neighbors do.
I also got yelled at because I parked in a open spot in front of the mail boxes, just any ordinary spot, but apparently it was an issue for people getting their mail.
Also, I was promised a carpet cleaning and many new things with a new contract, well guess what, when I went to sign the thing they called me a liar and told me tough luck, and that if I didn't sign it I would have to pay market price, almost $2000 for two months.
DON'T EVER MOVE HERE, IT WAS HORRIBLE AND THE PEOPLE ARE RUDE.
