This place is an absolute nightmare. The staff is rude and condescending the second you sign your lease, the maintenance crew are unkempt and unprofessional. For months straight the mailboxes were being broken into, and Camden took no extra security measures to make it stop. There are no security cameras, the doors come with a single key lock (not a deadbolt) and if you ask for additional locking mechanism they will charge you through the roof for them! The pool is full of screaming children all hours of the day and roudy teenagers all hours of the night. The walls are paper thin to the point were I live on the third floor and can hear conversations taking place in the parking lot below me. Anything they do for you seemingly out of "courtesy" will be logged to your file and brought up later if you ever need a favor. My lease said complimentary pet sitting for my vacation but came back to a bill for it - which took three months to solve. This place is just an agony to live in. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy let alone a friend. Rent with CAUTION!

True about the staff, most of the other stuff. Move here if you have to, but only as a last choice... It might look like a nice place but the issues here dont outweigh the nagging...
