Good and Bad From: Toomuchsun Date posted: 7/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   Since the good staff left, I have to agree with all the others in the fact that the office staff is rude and incompetent, they can't even acknowledge you are there until you have been standing there for at least 10 minutes! The maintenance staff for me has been nothing but great, everything has been fixed timely and on the first time. The garbage situation is awful, one dumpster that you have to drive to. The walls are thin and the insulation is awful. I have a large opening from my patio door to the outside that I had to weatherstrip myself to keep the cold from coming in so bad, I swear a small dog could fit through it! The pet deposit is sky high and only half is refundable, I am guessing when I leave that from the sounds of everyone else that I won't get that back.
