The apartment complex is your standard corporate managed complex. The apartments all have brand-new, cheap amenities. Faucets, toilets, washing machines, garage door openers, etc. will break. The management team is inept but on par with most other management companies. If you are nice to them, they will be nice to you.

Expect to be robbed when you are moving out. All deposits should be considered non-refundable. It hurts less when you just think of it in that manner.

Garbage is a big issue. I'm surprised that environmental groups haven't complained since all of the tenants have one dumpster that is emptied once/week. Garbage overflows constantly. Disgusting but not really an issue unless you live next to the dumpster.

Parking wouldn't be a problem if people used their garages for parking instead of storage. But they don't so parking is an issue if you have more than 1 car or can't use your own garage. You need to be parked by 10pm to find a spot near your building. Otherwise parking is available but might be a ways away.

The airport is less than 1/4 mile from the complex and the noise is pretty loud. We got used to it with the exception of when the airport has an airshow. The jets were so loud then that I needed to open my windows to keep them from breaking. My ears were ringing for several hours after that day.

Awesome location though, especially for people that want to be close to Denver and Boulder. The Super Wal-Mart and mall are within walking distance and the shuttle that takes you to all of the local shopping is even closer. The bus stop for Denver and Boulder buses is about 1/4 mile and always has parking and buses available.
