Don't be decived by the beautiful outer appearance of these apartments. Also, the model they show is shockingly nice compared to the condition of the actual apartments. We didnt get to see the apartment before we moved into it, or else we never would have lived there. We lived there for a year and payed way too much for the most disgusting apartment i've ever seen. We had the maintenance crew in our apartment almost every single week because it started falling apart the moment we moved in. At one point we had to stay in their guest apartment because our apartment needed so many repairs. All of the materials used to build these apartments were of very poor quility. The ground is shifting because in was built on a hillside, which means there are cracks in the walls. The cabinets in the kitchen were uneven by more than an inch, the carpet was disgusting, and all of the caulking in the bathroom peeled up after the first month. During the winter, i came home to find the inside of our sliding glass door covered in ice because it wasnt sealed/built properly. They put some foam tape on to fix it (Which didnt work, and they refused to replace it with a new door) and wouldn't reimburse us for the outrageous heating bill we received after that.
The staff in incompetent. Its like pulling teeth just to get a work order placed. Everything in the apartments are made out of the cheapest materials and WILL break while you live there. You WILL be charged to replace them.
Parking is impossible. There is only one dumpster for the whole complex, and its always full. These apartments are directly in the path of the jets from the nearby airport. The noise woke us up very early most mornings.
If you still choose to live here, make sure you: Get an apartment with a view, or else you'll feel like you're living in a dungeon. Make sure the carpet is less than 3 or 4 years old or else you WILL be charged to replace it when you move you. You MUST see the apartment you'll be living in before you move in, or else you will be severely disappointed.
The only good thing about these apartments is the view, location, and the pool. Overall, not even worth half of what they charge.
