The apartments seem nice at first, but they are very cheaply made (and small) for the price they are asking for. The noice is crazy from the airport and the pigeons are pests and very messy. Our balcony was bascially unusable thx to the pigeons. The apartments were built on unstable ground so the are always shifting. This means you have to put up with constant cracks and leaks. The walls are so thin, you can hear everything that goes on with your nieghbors, not too mention the the paint is so cheap...all you have to do is touch the wall and the paint falls off. We had to have maintenance come 3 times to fix the toilet correctly as well as the disher washer.

My lease is up in a few weeks and I can't wait to leave. Anything will be better than this place! Whjatever you do...stay away from Camden!
