Don't be deceived by the nice looking grounds. The Camden has a number of issues with noise (both internal and external), poor quality construction and poor on-site management. Walls are paper thin, ground settlement problems play havoc with walls, doors, etc. Maintenance is spotty at best.

Be sure you take photos of your unit before you move in as the Camden staff is notorious for charging you for bogus cleaning & repairs (this is a serious problem that has been mentioned by previous tenants...they will bill you regardless of length of stay to recoup shampooing, painting costs, etc.... no concept of wear and tear with Camden).
