Absolutely Not!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
We lived here for 3 years and couldn't take it anymore. When we first got there, it seemed VERY nice and was our first place out of college, so we were happy. We then discovered how cheap this place actually was.
As someone else said, don't be fooled by the spanish roofing and outside as those are nice. The insides are abhorrent. The shower rods aren't installed into the wall, they are simply the kinds of rods that are found at walmart that you can put up yourself. Mine always fell down and one day actally collapsed and hit me in the head during a shower.
The A/C drain drips into the tub. This was one of my biggest problems. If you want to have the A/C on, you need a bucket to catch the water out of the ceiling or else you'll end up with a pretty rust orange color all around your tub that is HELL to get out. I have NEVER in my life seen this type of setup...even in the cheap old ass houses that I stayed in during college.
Next, not all the plugs work. Some plugs, only the top part works and others only the bottom. If EVERY SINGLE ONE of your plugs works, consider yourself lucky. There are light switches in the bedroom but my wife and I could not figure out which light switch controlled what plug. Yes you will have to buy your own lights for bedrooms. We thought we had it figured out, but we had plugged our alarm clock into the plug that is controlled by the light switch and accidently turned our alarm clock off and both of us were late for work. Why play guessing games with the lights'
Our garbage disposal in our kitchen was probably the loudest and worst thing I've ever seen. It shook the entire counter when turned on. The dishwasher is adequate at best. There were ALWAYS food particles left on our glasses, plates, etc.
Don't get us wrong, we ALWAYS put in repair requests for this stuff but they never seemed to get around to it. When we mentioned it to the office staff, they either seemed absolutely clueless or would give us some bs run around response.
The dumpster is located on ONE SIDE of the complex. Not a big deal, but its annoying in the winter time.
This place was decent and that's being nice. We would NOT move in here again and would seriously say to consider the other posts as well if you plan on coming and leasing here. We read some of the same reviews and figured "it can't be that bad", but yes it was. Go check the other apartment communities in the area, there are tons of them. This place is at the bottom of the barrel as far as they all go.
Lastly when we went to move out, we asked about our $2100 security deposit that we made on our apartment. (First months and part of the following months as well). They said we never paid one. Are you kidding me'! We showed them bank statements and everything and nothing was done. They "couldn't find it."
DO NOT move in here. There are apartments in the ghetto nicer than this.
