That is what is going on in this apartment complex. These "girls and boys" who work in this complex have serious control issues. They only show it after you have signed a lease and they have you trapped.



My stay here has been very bad since day one. Before signing my lease, I asked about average water and electric/heat bills. I was told it is around $40-50 per month for each. Electric/heat is exactly right, except in winter when the drafts from the old and poorly maintained windows and doors causes your apartment to drop in tempature by about ten degrees. As for water, I paid as much when I lived in a 7000 square foot house. The average water bill is $70-80 because you are sharing it with EVERYONE IN THE COMPLEX INCLUDING THE POOL, GROUNDS AND FOUNTAIN!!!!!



The day I moved in, someone had left a soda in my freezer. Everyone knows what happened! When I called to let them know, they said they could have someone come clean it on Monday. I called on a Friday.



Maintenance - Non-existant

Staff - Rude, liars, inconsiderate, control issues, overall - poorly trained!



Everyday something new breaks in my apartment. I finally had to complain to their old corporate office just to have someone fix the pool in my bathtub, my garbage disposal, running toilet, leaking sinks and washing machine. I am suprised my neighbors did not complain about the washing machine it was so loud.



Their "market prices" are totally unreasonable. I lived in a 1200 square foot, two bed, two bath apartment with a garage (nicer, better maintained, better location) and paid less than what their market prices are. But of course, you get a discount if you move in on their specials!!! All having to be paid back if you buy a home. And do not even ask them to interupt their day by helping you with any paperwork!!!!



Beware of dropping off rent check in the rent box. Always get a receipt!!!!!!



If your check gets lost, you will be informed that "its your word against mine" by the accountant!!



I could go on forever. I will be out soon, and I have them to thank for convincing me to buy a home so as to not have to deal with anymore inconsiderate jerks in the future!!
