Cascade Village Apartments

CASCADING water down my walls VILLAGE: 4 managers in 12 months! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/12/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   Woke up one Sunday morning to water running down my walls from the unit above. During the winter months pipes broke everywhere. Five units in my building alone were damaged. Train not a problem to us, neigbors sympathetic cause were all dealing with this hellhole. The last two management companies didn't maintain the building well but were friendly to us. New management not maintaining the building and not friendly. Our rent check was missing, always get a receipt! People are moving out of here constantly and no one moving in. People must be wise enough to get online and check the place out... My child likes the pool area but the hottub is broken most of the time.
