the first day i moved in, they had switched my apt. # without telling me (making it a real pain in the ass to fix my address with everyone AGAIN!). not two days later, water leaked all in front of my washer/dryer and in my master bathroom causing me to have to jump from the hall to my bedroom and from my bedroom to my shower. i called about this and some schmuck came over about a week later and turned off the water to my washer/dryer saying that this was the problem. NOT! called again and about another week later, the same idiot came again and told me that a pipe had burst (understandable given the time of year and bizarre weather), but it took about 2 weeks for someone to FINALLY come in a tear up the carpet and begin to replace it. another week later the same company came back to replace the padding in front of the washer/dryer, but never did the same in my bathroom. thus i lived for a few months with torn up carpet (which i ripped socks on from the staples sticking out). later, that same idiot came back with his cronies and tore a hole into my bathroom wall to fix a pipe. they left the hole in the wall, tools on my sink and vanity, crust all over the floor, and misc. other ridiculous issues that THEY should have taken care of. i have to call numerous times to get them to finally come in and fix the hole in the wall (they just put up drywall and plastered it...didn't even bother painting it)....i moved out. and was not even compensated for the hell those idiots put me through
