Cascade Village Apartments

I’ve seen worse From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/3/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001   Ive seen worse indeed, however I have seen much better too. Ive read the other reviews on this site and they say it all. I will say that apparently I was lucky because most things in my apartment worked fine. The kitchen drawers did suck, and the closet door was off the track most of the time. The biggest problems are, that every time you take a shower you have to swim the small pond that forms on your bathroom floor to get out of the room. Maintenance and management are useless. And as others have noted, the complex is full of pot heads, if you enjoy the smell of weed floating into your windows all night long, then search no more, this is for you! As far as the trains, well I didnt mind them much, I was told about them prior to moving in and after about two weeks I barley noticed, however occasionally scenes from My Cousin Vinny did flash into my head. Overall I didnt hate it, but than again during the time I lived there I worked a ton and slept at my girlfriends about two or three nights a week, so I wasnt there to much to get annoyed. The prices are decent, the place is alright, but there are better places in the Westminster area.
