Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004

I've lived here a few years and this used to be a decent place; a little older, but kept up well and with good neighbors. In the last year, the new management has allowed things such as: trash to gather in the hallways, on the grounds and in the parking areas; graffiti on the walls; broken windows over entryways; and general disrepair of the common areas. I see the Broomfield police here more often than anything else. I am moving out as soon as my lease runs out...I can't believe the money they charge to live in this slum!
