Okay place for the money

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
The staff were friendly, but not too quick to respond to maintenance issues. There were alot of friendly people and children in the complex. The carpet was new and very nice. We had a problem with flies about half of the year. About a square foot of wall around the tap in the bathtub collapsed and was not fixed for a month. Generally a good place, but older.
