I lived in these apartments from 10/02 - 10/03. I only moved because during the course of the lease I became a single mother and couldn't afford the two bedroom rent on omy own. The complex was always very quiet, the location is awesome and the staff was very responsive and fast with any maintenance problems. I once came home at 10:00pm in the dead of winter with my pilot light out in my furnance. They had 24 hr. maintenance and he came within 20 minutes to get my furnace working again!
I never had any problems finding good parking or receiving packages ( They have the office open from 7-10pm so you can pick things up if you get home after regular hours) I once had a problem with my phone line not working, and QWEST screwed around with me, but management had electricians out the day after I told them and it was fixed. I highly recommend these apartments and if I had been able to afford them, I would'nt have left!
