I have lived here for almost 6 years.
Sales oriented staff with poor people skills, disregard for personal property, slow response times. The staff seem to dislike the tenants and do not listen when you talk to them. A few bad tenants ruin the quiet atmosphere that this place used to have. When you place a complaint about noisy neighbors the staff tell you to "call the police". They don't want to be bothered by any problems you may have. When this place was owned by PEOPLE (formerly Cedar Crest) it was a great place to live. As soon as the new owners took over and the new staff moved in, the place went down the drain. They painted it up and fixed a few things but once you sign the lease you will no longer be their priority. I CANNOT wait for my lease to end as I would rather be homeless than live here...and I am not lying.

On top of all of that, the parking lots are packed with junk cars most of the time and they are not lit at night. My car has almost been stolen 3 times in about 4 years. The lots are so dark, this place is like "heaven" for serial killers and rapists.
