New assistant manager is a jerk, very rude. "Fitness center" that they advertise is a complete joke, consisting of ONE weight machine, ONE treadmill, and ONE stair stepper that looks like bottom of the line model from the early 80s. They used to offer passes to the Westminster Rec Center, but have done away with those. The pool faces a busy intersection and is about the size of the hot tub at the complex up the street. They have NEVER been in my apartment to spray for bugs, etc. Oh, and better be home prior to 6pm on the weekdays or 10 pm on weekends or you will never find a parking spot.
