I worked at this community (when it was owned by someone else)and have lived here off and on for years so my opinion is...People only post on here because they have something bad to say. Sometimes they were evicted or were pigs and got charged money...or whatever. I haven't had a problem with management though. Sometimes I think they could be more flexible but they seem fair and have always appeared competent. For instance my rent went up above what I think is "market" right now but when I asked to move after I signed my lease, they let me. Granted I have to pay a transfer fee but they could have said no.
Also note that you can get out of your lease if you get a job transfer without a bunch of charges. I don't know who else does that and I'm very much involved in the industry so I don't think it happens anywhere else.
So don't move here for ammenities, move here for location. It's next to a farm but less than a mile to 36 and Wads. They have good specials most of the time too and are more pet friendly than most. If you live on the bike path, consider renting a garage. Thieves used to hop off the path and break into the closest cars a couple times a year(it's a pain but very typical for the area and especially considering the proximity to the path). I think it's a nice, quiet place to live overall.

people post here to warn others not because they want to talk bad about the situation they faced with the apartment complex. the rent is high enough you should be able to enjoy your apt and surroundings even if it isn't a house. this doesn't give them the reason to treat people wrongly and disregard situations. they can't say no to a transfer if a valid reason is given like habitate unsafe etc.
