ok place but not luxury

This apartment is ok, but not fabulous and certainly not luxury. Among my complaints: The weather stripping for the front door is practically non-existant, the pigeons are horrible and everywhere, the doors for the w/d and front closet come off the hinges very easily, and the quality of construction overall is middle of the road. That said, the price was ok when I moved in and the management has been pretty nice to work with. The bedroom is a very good size and the closet size is decent too. They also allow pets of all kinds if you are looking for a pet.
