This is not a luxury apt but it is a bit better then average. The grounds are well maintained and it's relatively quiet. The carpet wears easy and some of the interior woodwork is barely there, but it looks very nice on appearance. There are no pest problems. The police are here once a week or so and they never come in with sirens. It's clean and the maintenance staff is prompt, curteous, and effective. These are the nice things. One thing that isn't ok is the rent. They always offer you cheap rent on move in but that raises by quite a bit when your lease expires. On that note this complex isn't worth it's luxury price to begin with. The management staff are not always promt and not always friendly. 3 pet max is nice, but the dep and monthly pet rent isn't. They do allow large breeds but not aggressive ones and their ideas of aggressive change quite a bit with individual tenants. They have patio nets to save you from the 30 or so pigeons that will never leave here. They are not allowed to remove them or kill them. Get used to pigeon dropping's everywhere or black netting on your patio. Parking is better when you get home early. I am not being evicted or being charged a fee nor do I have any reasons past the ones stated to write this review. I think people are that are well informed make better tenants.

I was on here to see how my apt complex is rated, and then i came across all this --------..................At least the property is doing something about the pigeons, or else you would be bumbarded by 30 or so pigeons. And as for them not removing the pigeons, I have requested them to remove the pigeons twice, and both times my needs where meet. And as for the individual tenants allowed to have aggressive breeds, you have no idea the amount of hassel i went thru to get my dog to live here. And i must say my dog looks agressive and is really not an aggressive breed. So instead of complaining about the property, be grateful you have an apt complex that does not have pest problems and is well maintained.
