while it is true that the staff at that time was rude and unhelpful (it took me a year to get an air conditioner) the new staff seem willing to help. (If looking at an omni property, beware of a property manager whos name starts with a "D", she is apathetic about residents needs.) The property itself is aging, dated appliances, they replaced the washers, and is experiencing a 50% vacancy rate. Very quiet when I got here, but now renting to young...(18-20) people, and evictions are frequent. all in all quite average. they are haveing trouble keeping thier maint staff...
