Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
dumpsters overflow into the parking area, there are piles of used mattress and sofas, the same ones for 2 months decomposing next to the dumpsters, last summer I had hot water 40% of the time, ice cold showers!!!
windows stayed broken out on an apt next to me for 2 months, garbage rots outside doors, piles of dog business decompose in the lawn, stay on the sidewalks! children ar enot allowed to ride their bikes on the sidewalks, or work on them in the courtyards, the gas BBQ grills are broken, someone used charcoal in one of them.
