I have been living here at Garden Center for nearly 2 years now and it has changed management 4 times in the past 3 months. I have had so many maintenance requests to fix my bathroom but had such a slow response. It actually took the 1 month to fix my AC during the heat wave 2006. My bathroom faucet was fixed 3 times and it would always fail within 2 weeks and start to leak heavly. The water has always been bad here the past year. You would take a shower and it would turn instantly cold in 5 sec and fluctuate hot/cold everyday.

Right now I requested a repair again on my bathroom faucet at the beginning of the week and still has not been fixed. It is not just leaking light, the water runs like it was opened full. I cannot close it on top so I have to manually turn off the water under the sink everytime.

They let deadbeats live here now. So many illegal immigrants, thugs and teens that just got out of high school with kids at 18 with no respect for others and just play their music full blast at midnight all night.

Parking here now is a pain since they removed the "register" your auto so it limits the cars in the complex. Now it is a free for all park as many cars as you want here. I know of 5 broken down cars in the complex parking lot and many of those who just have multiple friends park without taking off for ages.

I am glad my lease is up in a month. It was fine living here for the last 2 years but now it is going down hill. If the management does not clean up this mess it will be another run-down complex.

I speak the truth. This place is fine for the cheap price of rent. But that saying you get what you pay for, cheap rent brings cheap service. Other then those problems it is not such a horrible place to live.
