And I repeat it, because I feel that a lot of people complaining on here don't understand the concept. Years ago I worked for a similar property about 40 miles away, and I have now lived at this property for almost a year. I am speaking as someone who has been on both ends, as both the tenant, and as someone with experience in a leasing office (babysitting tenants). I admit that once or twice I tried to reach the office and they were having difficulty with the answering service. However with maintenance problems you call a pager number and not this line. I have only needed maintenance once, and it was with a plumbing problem. They came right away and asked that if I have any further problems of the sort to contact them ASAP. (plumbing problems can lead to LOTS of expensive damage if left un checked and they understood this). When I first came to them I needed some place affordable and fast. After doing the research they were the most affordable in the area. They worked with me, and made sure to show me the exact apartment they would have available. On property's of this nature it is common for them to be under staffed because they don't have the resources, but from what I see they have faired very well. I have only had difficulty parking on two occasions that I can remember, and each time there was still a spot, it just meant that I had to walk a few feet further. There are a few neighbor's that I am on familiar terms with, one of which is a family that has been here for a few years. Their teenage daughter watches my cat when I'm out of town. :D As for the office staff being "rude" and "mean" i'll admit they haven't invited me to any barbeque's or clam bake's, but they have been more than accomadating with my requests and ready to answer my questions.
